Adenike Adeyemi

Adenike Adeyemi has over 19 years’ experience in non-profit management, enterprise
development, strategy and organizational transformation.
As the Executive Director of Nigeria’s foremost enterprise development organization, she
leads FATE Foundation’s focus on enabling aspiring and emerging Nigerian entrepreneurs
start, grow and scale their businesses through business incubation, growth support and
accelerator Programmes. She has also led the publishing of thought leadership and
research work on Nigeria’s entrepreneurship ecosystem and MSMEs.
Adenike serves on a number of Boards including Trustee of the Youth Business
International; non-Executive Director, VDT Bitflux Communications; Director, Oxbridge
Tutorial College Foundation; and Advisory Board Member, BudgIT. She is a 2020
Eisenhower Fellow and has a Masters of Public Administration (with a specialization in
nonprofit management) and a Master of Arts in Diplomacy & International Relations from
Seton Hall University (2005); and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of
Ibadan (2001).
