Corrections Policy
Our commitment
Afriquetoday corrects errors promptly and transparently. Readers trust us to get the facts right, and when we do not, we say so.
How we correct
- Factual errors (names, numbers, dates, places, quotes) are fixed in the article as soon as they are confirmed.
- Significant corrections add a note at the end of the article that states what changed and when.
- Minor typos are fixed without a note.
- If an article is seriously wrong, we may remove it and explain why.
Report an error
If you believe an article contains a mistake, please tell us through our contact page. Include the article link and the details of the error, with a source if you have one. We review every report.
Updates
When a story develops, we update the article and show the update date so readers know what is current.
